I just tried one of my newer onaholes and found the experience to be rather lackluster, I don't imagine I'll be using it again. I can't imagine keeping it around since it's just taking up space, at the same time it feels almost like a waste to cut it up and throw it away, though that's probably what I'll end up doing.

I've had a couple of sleeves that weren't that great but I kept them. I was rotating through my sleeves one day and decided to try them again. It turned out that I enjoyed both due to the different sensations they provided. I also used plastic wrap on one sleeve that felt too loose and it made a difference.
Perhaps you could try a few things to improve the experience before you just toss it in the trash.

@Jonarby I put my unwanted toys in a box out on the street along with those small packets of free lube that comes with the toys. I live in San Francisco, we have a bunch of homeless. I guess some homeless dude is having a blast with my unwanted toy.

@Jonarby I always keep any less-than-stellar onaholes around for a month or two and make sure I give them a minimum 3 uses before deciding if they can improve (some have with right lube or twisting it around various degrees) or not. If not, then usually I throw them out, cutting them up beforehand t=for discretion. There was a time I'd sell them- rigors cleaning beforehand of course and full disclosure to the buyer- amazingly there is a market for gently used sex toys for guys wanting to try them out who are cash strapped. I had a friend I gave a few too as well as starter toys, now he buys his own. But yeah easier to just toss them these days if they prove not really do it for me.

@Greenwood95 I only usually masturbate once or twice a day so it's really hard for me to give an onahole multiple tries if it's bad or lackluster, since I don't want to ruin a session. however I'll try to keep lackluster onaholes around from now on for awhile, just incase I want to give them a second chance. Though it'll probably depend heavily on how that first experience was.

@Jonarby I have tried a few experiments to revive a lackluster onahole. I saw in a really old ToyDemon forum that someone used 100% acetone nail polish remover to straight up decimate the inner texture of his onaholes. You just pour a good amount of the acetone directly into the onahole and let the acetone literally eat away at the material. The acetone will tear tiny sized chunks out of walls and leave the integrity of the material nearly ruined. The idea is to create a more stimulating feeling by creating random broken texture. It's high risk high reward, but if the onahole wasn't great before then why not.
I don't recommend doing this because I don't fully know what dangers there are. Nothing bad happened when I did it, but I was possibly too cautious. The acetone works fast so you definitely do not want it touching anything you don't want it to destroy. It starts working immediately and you should not leave acetone inside the onahole for anything more than 30 seconds. Also wash the acetone out completely. The hardest part is making sure the onahole doesn't get completely destroyed.

Most of the ones that I don't want anymore, I simply threw them away. I triple bag them and let my garbage service take care of the rest.
However a few of them, I have actually sold to another person. For the record, I didn't seek this person out, he sought out for people on his own and we just happened to cross paths one day.
Some people have some very strange fetishes, but heck, it made the guy happy and it put some money in my pocket. Obviously I went through a rigorous sanitation process with the ones I sold to the person.

@Jonarby I try to make the most out of it as I would feel worse if the money was a total waste. Instead, I wouldn't put much effort into maintenance and then dispose of it once the stimulation worsens to the point that it no longer satisfies.
Of course, I would make note of said poor quality onahole and be more wary of said brand.

Sometimes it is worth setting aside and trying again later. Occassionally, there is a learning curve and I just need to figure out how to use it. Unbearable Lip Doll took a few uses to expand in the back, it went from slightly annoying to amazing.
Once I took two foam inserts out of a hip and replaced them with onaholes I did not like. This improved the sensation from the hip.
I have considered putting one on the end of a stick, wrapping it with cloth, and using it as a torch.

@Jonarby With my onahole that broke, Puni Virgin 3200, I basically just used it one last time and threw it away without cleaning it. It’s the only time where you can blow your load inside of your onahole and not clean it! Because you dump it haha. The definition of pump and dump. Id suggest doing that.
