Some of your questions are subjective to certain factors, such as a particular Tomax design or model. Still, I will attempt to answer your questions:
Which would you consider the most realistic? - Venus Real in soft firmness, but Venus Real in regular firmness is tighter/ more stimulating.
Which would you consider the most stimulating? - I don't own one but my guess would be the Hard version. I'm sure it would be the tightest one.

Tomax makes among the best durable sleeves around, and all of the ones listed in TD are single-layer, which typically last longer than dual-layer designs. You pay more for a Tomax because the quality is there.
With all single-layer sleeves regardless of who the manufacturer is: the softer the material is, the less stimulating and less tighter they feel.
I'm a fan soft sleeves because I love looong sessions and edging most of the time.

For me the Soft version's tightness is what reminds me the most about the real thing.
The Very Soft version gets more and more stimulating the longer you go. Hence the beauty of long sessions or edging.
My technique for long sessions is after my initial insertion I don't move around much. I take my time because if I move too much too soon, I pop off. So when I feel like popping off, I cease all movement, I rest a bit. I'm building a resistance to the stimulation, and after that phase (maybe 7 to 10 minutes of this exercise, sometimes longer) my errection begins to gets really, really hard, so hard that I can now do allot a moving and pumping while in great control of not popping off. And at this point I'm getting the best stimulation. This is where, for me, the softer material is at its best.
The journey to the end is so much better than the ending.

After reviewing the other responses to your question I realized that I forgot to mention that my response are a result of the use with the Meiki Plush Hip, an accessory that I use with 90% of my sleeve collection.
The hip does not squeeze the onahole (much), where as when you handhold a sleeve, you can variant the amount of friction greatly during the session.
IMO, using the Hip has a greater reflection of the elusive "real vigina experience ".

@Anon1234567890 Not the guy you asked, but lemme give my 2 cents. The very soft and rich soft are my favorites of all time, and in that order. They don't feel the same at all, to my mind. The very soft is quite soft, but the rich soft is basically pudding, and both remind me of the real thing in different ways. The rich soft is just a joy to be in, and it has an odd way of feeling tighter and "grippy-er" because of the way that the material deforms to accommodate you while also gripping a bit. The very soft has a much more stable structure, and feels more textured because it's harder, and it's texture makes it feel more like there's a muscular structure supporting it, as is the case with the real thing. However, I personally find that the rich soft feels more like actual mucosa. A vagina feels like the inside of your cheek, but with a little more texture, in my experience, and I feel like the rich soft nails it, but the very soft nails the feeling of a muscled organ better. They're both absolutely wonderful in my mind, though, and the only thing that beats either is the real thing.

@Anon1234567890 I can't say that the rich soft would be better for sure. Some people paradoxically say that the softness gets them there quicker. The rich soft or very soft both are pretty easy for me to take at my own pace, if I want it to take longer, it will, if I want to finish sooner, I can. Unless you're quite sensitive, I think the very soft is more likely to be what you're after. Even so, I think I like the rich soft just a tiny bit better, not much. Do you mean the Maria Nagai Meiki? It feels awesome, to me just a bit better than the venus real, but it's fragile. It's kind of in between the very soft and rich soft textures, but it tears so much that I haven't bothered buying it again because the Tomax is way more durable, and a little cheaper to boot.

I must be desensitized. I got the hard version of the Tomax Uterus and I still don't feel the texture. I have even used super thin lube. Nothing works. When I got the NPG ZXY, its so soft and squishy its like putting my rod in a marshmallow. That actually would be more stimulating.....I would still agree that Tomax is one of the best. I just wish they made one that was even firmer than the hard version. Guess I should look for something Xtra hard. If anyone makes it.
